Brian & Mark have a combined 40 years in the hospitality business.

Christopher Rolfson - Executive Chef

Professionally, Christopher has been working in a kitchen since high school. But really, his love for cooking started at home. He was cooking with his family every night, making from scratch the dishes his mother is famous for (well, at least to the people that know her).
His background is primarily catering--but don't let that fool you. Christopher's years in catering, under the direction of Executive Chef Thad Ford, taught him about cuisines from all over the world. His attention to detail ensures that every plate that comes out of his kitchen looks as good as it tastes. His love for good food made from scratch shines through in his cuisine. We can't wait until you get to try it!
